I would call them and ask. I would say no just because 99-04 were different headlights than the 05-07.

I would think that if they state up to 04 , the mounting is what will hurt. the 04 and 05 have different core supports ....when updating an 04 , you need to trim some out. so running an 04 light on an 05, you may not have a proper way to mount it.

04 headlights and 05 headlights mount the same. The 05 lights are just deeper. Personally, I'd get the regular Harley lights

Why settle for little leds when you can have a set of big ones!

These are the bulbs that I have been using, and are in the video, but they only seem to last 1-2 years before some of the leds start going out:
5K WHITE AMBER DUAL COLOR TYPE 2 CHANGING SWITCHBACK 92 TURN SIGNAL BULBS 3157 3157NA 3357 3457 4157 4057 | 1 PAIR - SwitchBack LED - 3157 - 3156 LED - Bulb #

But these are a newer design that will work better, be brighter, and last longer!
I would definitely recommend these: http://www.vleds.com/bulb/3157-3156-...57-1-pair.html
