I got air bag suspension made by firestone on the rear axle of my f350 and I love it. It was equipped with it when I bought it so I don't know about installation but I can say that it rides very nice and since mine has the on-board compressor I can increase or decrease air pressure with the flip of a switch instead of crawling under it with an air hose.

Yep I have the Firestone system, its a great setup. The only issue, is I have had a few pressure sensors go out on me,but Firestone did replace them for free.

You have to keep at least 5 lbs of air in them.

I have the same on my 350
You keep 5 lbs in it when unloaded just in case you hit a large hole
So the bags do not get pinched.
But it makes a huge difference when loaded, just reach in the console
And hit the switch till it levels out.
Stops all the light front end effects when heavily loaded.

How does it affect the ride quality both unloaded and loaded? 5lbs isn't much pressure alone.
