headache rack

what is the best rack for the 06 powerstroke i do not want it for looks i need it to stop anything that trys to go through the back window.

You, know I was thinking the same thing, I figured that the rear window must be a pretty big security risk, and a headache rack would be a great way of preventing anyone from getting into it.
