Some states may allow it for medical purposes? Might be worth looking into. Issues with your eyes possibly or even skin cancer. My father had a buddy with a black Lexus with windows totally blacked out. I always asked how he got inspected and he said he had some sort of permit for his skin cancer. I have no idea if there is any truth to it but I do know there is no way that I could ever get a vehicle like that inspected here. Obviously tint law is state by state but I know that some have medical exemptions. Its amazing what you can get a doctor to sign sometimes. Might be worth looking into.
