2008 Fender vents help

Well I've taken the side vents I bought from Dfuser a few months back to all of the custom shops around town and they do not want to touch them at all. I was hoping from anyone thats had it done...did you go to a body shop and if so how much was the cost for install?

I have a dremel and though about doing it myself, but the common response is that I'll most likely get rust if I dont use something like a plasma torch to cut the holes. Any help from anyone with experience on this issue?

Dremel or plasma.....either should leave bare metal along the cut, so I don't know what advantage the plasma would have over the dremel except speed.
Sweet looking boat, what kind is it and what size?

Thanks guys. I'm a bit nervous about doing it myself, but who knows what a lazy Saturday afternoon and some liquid courage could do...much like the cab clearance lights I reckon...
