Lifting a 2wd

Does anyone know of any lifts for a 2wd 2006? I've had the hardest time finding one, and the only thing I can locate is a 6inch. I wish I hadn't of gotten the 2wd, but it was for the right price. I'm looking for more of a 3 or 4", but no luck. What are the major suspension differences between the 2 and 4wd? I'd think that coil spacers would work the same on either...

Pro Comp was the only outfit that made the 2WD lift for the diesel trucks on my 03. I don't know what the difference is on the 05-06, but you might check out Pro Comp.

I just wanted to level it. The 2WD had a 4" rake and I hate the stink bug look. I looked for a leveling kit, but no one made one for a 2WD. So I my only choice to level my truck was to get the Pro Comp 6" lift. It basically makes a 2WD the same height as a stock 4WD with a leveling kit.
