Chrome delete

Hey guys,

I want to get rid of all of the chrome on my truck (mirrors, grill, bumpers). I'd like to just rattle can them but want to make sure that it'll hold up. I'd also like to do the same to my wheels. Any suggestions of how to prep the chrome and wheels and what types of paint to use or any other suggestions other than paint? I may have access to someone who can powder coat which would probably be best, but just wanted to get everyones opinion first.

Thanks

Plastidip is popular and is easily reversible for when you come to your senses and realize that blacking out is played out.

Thanks?

I'm not a fan of chrome. It's flashy, and that's not what I want on my truck.

No, an 8" lift with 44s is

Ok, I'll check plastidip out. Do you need to rough the parts first with that?

True! I just don't like all the shiny parts. I don't clean my truck, cept for a pressure washing here and there and I think it's tougher without all that sparkly crap on it.

Your truck is BADDASS! Did you plastidip anything on it?

Seriously? You don't clean your truck? I guess I'll just never understand that, I get it "a truck is just a truck". I'm not trying to bash you, but I don't get not having pride in your vehicle. Guess it's just me.
