need bed

will an 08 bed fit an 03 . are the bolt patterns the same? i found one if it will work. mine is 8 foot single rear wheel.

yes they are the same. Make sure you keep your wiring harness to match your taillights. If you go with the lights from the 08 make sure you get that harness to swap out otherwise you will have to do a little splicing.
Are you going to have an extra 08 tailgate?

i dont know if they would or not i could call my body shop buddy that works at ford and he could tell me. but it will look funny with two different years goin

If you look at the beds, they look the same, the tailights and Tail gate are the only differance.
