450 & 550 front Suspension Q's

Today I was looking at a F450 work truck 4x4 next to me at a light. the front end is much taller than the 250/350's. and this truck was stock. so my question is. what kind of suspension are under a F450/550... say 2006 yr. B/c I still saw Radius arms, coils and such. Wondering if they have a different pitman arm, coils and stuff. anything compatible with our 250/350s?

I am not an expert but it looks like there is a fastory kit that is kinda like wat we would call a body lift to the 450/550. That is what it looks like bc the frame shows more under the cab of the truck as well

We have a '08 550. I could take some spring height measurements for you to compare. Our truck is 2WD, though. I think it sits about the same as a 4WD.

NO need on the 2wd. I was just wondering if the 05-07 F450/F550's had larger springs, dropped pitman arms etc and we could just buy that. and have a OEM lift kit.
