Question How big is this lift?

By looking at these pics, does anyone have an idea how tall this suspension lift is?

4 inch Super Lift

I asked him how many inches the lift was, and he wasnt sure so he post it as 4inch. When I saw it on his truck it seemed a bit too tall to be a 4inch lift.

Since that was on a 2003 F-250 CB SB, will it fit on my F-350 CB LB?
