99-04 Grill ideas

Has anyone done anything really unique with they're grill on their 99-04

I have been debating doing a mesh like an RBP but would like to see some other peoples workings before I go ahead and cut up my grill

Thanks in advance,
Chris

I saw a few guys that got the knock off grill from eBay...looks like a rip grill but under half the price....looks really good, if I didn't have a brush guard I'd get one of those.

This is how the front turned out with the harley headlights, I need to decide what I'm going to do with the bumpers now and hopefully I can get some black 20x10's asap. I also need to paint everything behind the grille now black

I have been thinking of doing an overlay. I was going to use kydex, heat it and lay it over the grill to make it form fitting, cut out the center and rivit in a mesh or something but I have not gotten around to it.

Dirty Love is a local drift group, the place I got my grille from makes a riveted version of my grille. I almost went with it but it would be a pain in the neck to keep the rivets from getting junk in them.

I am deciding if I want to do a 05 bumper conversion and color match it or just paint my current bumper black

So what's your take on the quality of those grills?
They have a mesh replacement I like for the 05' that would fit my tastes with no bars.

Be nice to hide a 40" Rigid Industries light bar behind HI HI

Along with the 12' OEM bumper I'm working on mounting to the front of my KR F350.

Here is that same grill on mine. I have had it for a year and it was perfect, and held up well until I scratched it with a top side creeper and now all the powdercoating is flaking off slowly.

Another angle.
