Rusting horse trl question

Let me just say if theirs a better place to put this question feel free to speak up. Looked around didnt reeley see anything...
Question is Ive got a old (20 year+) stock trl that is lookin bad. Paint wise. Has a fair amount of sufrace rust. I know the old sand it down, seal the metal and repaint but I dont want to invest that kind of time.
Lookin to cover over the old paint and rust with minimal elobow grease. Any suggestions? Does not have to shine.

Rusting horse trl question

There is a product we use out here on the platform called Enrust! It's awesome. Just paint over the rust, let it cure for 24hrs and then paint over it. It's a bit expensive though. About 90 a gallon but a little bit goes a long way
