Leveling Kit?

I have a 04 F250 6.0 4x4. I have a full replacement bumper on the front. Im want to buy a leveling kit, but don't want to spend a lot of money on it right now. Are there any alternatives to the $500.00 Pro Comp Front leveling kit? I heard you could buy new shackles that would level it out. Anyone know the cheapest way to go without screwing the front end up? Thanks

Some of the site sponsors have good kits that are inexpensive, Give a call to Patrick at diesel performance parts, he should be able to get you what you want.
Good Luck.

summitracing.com has a kit for $250, but it stiffens the ride a little. it includes the track bar drop bracket. The shackle lifts that you can get for cheap throw off your pinion angle on the front diff, and could cause shaking, and other problems.

Tuff country makes a 2.5 inch leveling kit ($280). It includes a track bar relocating bracket, spring pack and all the hardware. I have a picture of it in my gallery, but haven't installed it on my truck yet. Hopefully doing it in the next couple of weeks.
