2003 f250 diesel 2wd crew short bed lift?????

I recently installed a 6 inch pro comp lift on my 2003 f250 diesel crew short bed 2wd and it ended up with the front end being lower than the back? Anyone elsee have a 2wd f250 that they have lifted and had the same problem or no any suggestions on how i can level it back out or get it higher?

You can put in 2" coil spacers underneath the front springs, but then you'll need to put in 2 degree cams to align it.

I believe i already have those cams installed so i would just need the spacers, how much would those cost?
