How will these wheels look?

Got a guy that wants to trade me wheels. My only question is will they stick out like mine now or close to it? Mine- 17x8 ultra maverick with a 0 offset, 4.5" of back space. His- 17x9 pro comp with a -6 offset and 4.75" of backspace. He had them on his 2000 and I've got an 05. I'm thinking these may stick out a little further but nothing major or "mexican" looking. What yall think? Not to sure of this offset and backspace understanding.

they will stick out maybe a quarter inch more. That's it.
