Harley Davidson windshild problems

Ok guys so I cracked my windshild a couple of days ago so I called safelight and guess the news I got for an 04 Harley windshild 1300 and f250 windshild is 275 wtf is the difference hopefully some one knows what's up

I'm pretty sure all that is different is a Harley Davidson imprint in the windsheild... NOTHING worth $1k in my book.
I would NOT be buying it just to have some letters!!!

But my factory one does not have the Harley imprint on it now

They have the harley bar and shield all the way around the outside and the harley logo at the bottom center. Yours doesn't have it because they just put a regular windshield in it last time it was replaced. I went through 6 windshields in the first 2 years. At 1 point there were none available and I had to wait for one to be made. Mine has a crack from a botched chip repair job last year. I need to get back in touch with safelite to have them come replace it.

Can u take a pic with the difference like where is it on the windshild also is it really 1300

Yeah, I get a pic of it for ya when I get out to the truck tonight. Most people wouldn't notice it, so if you don't mind it, go with the regular windshield. I don't think it's worth the extra money, but I put the harley glass back in because it came on the truck when I got it new, so it should be there.

Yeah now I'm really curious that's stupid expensive for some glass
