Bull Bar and Fog Lights

I have a 2003 Excursion. I'm wanting to put a bull bar on, but I'm concerned about the bar covering up my stock fog lights.

Questions:
1: What bull bar would you suggest?
2: Will it cover the stock fogs?
3: If so, what can the stock fogs be relocated and mounted on the bar?
4: If not, what lights would be good replacements to mount on the bar?

look into randy ellis designs. he offers a light bar that mounts behind the tow hooks, and dosnt bother the factory fogs.
