issues with 05 headlight conversion

I bought the generic Ebay Harley style headlights to put on my black 03 F250. I bought the H13 bulbs, and the conversion harness.

Problem 1:
Conversion harness and H13 bulb have the same end, meaning there is no way they will connect.

Problem 2:
H13 bulb will not fit in the hole, and if it did, it wouldn't spin and lock in place because the bulb doesn't have tabs on it.

Am I missing something???

Ok, I may have just figured it out. The guy sent me 9007 bulbs instead of 9008. I'm an idiot. Sorry.

Ok I'm trying to do conversion myself. Are you saying that I can not just use my STOL harnes with 9007 bulbs because they won't lock into headlight assembly? So h13 harness and 9008 bulbs are a requirement? Thanks

OR

You can buy a conversion plug for $40 or so and not cut up your factory wiring.
