Upgrading to Harley's and HIDs,what do i need?

Looking to upgrade my 04 headlights to 05+ Harley's and also want to do HIDs, what part of the harness do I need? I know if you want the full benefit of the new lights is the brightness. With HIDs going in, what parts do I need to upgrade and what will the HIDs replace?

you will also need to cut your header panle for the harley lights to fit. they mount a little different. it is easy to trim being it is fiberglass. you will cut one of the stock 04 mounting tabs off.

I do remember all that, I just haven't been able to find info on what parts I need from the 05+ harness. I've read I shouldn't put 55w in my fogs because of the heat issue correct?

I have 55w in my fog lights. i use them everynight. No problem with heating. In fact hid bulbs burn cooler than regular bulbs.
