Cab to frame bushings. How big of a job is it?

Hey guys, this is my first post and the truck in question is my first powerstroke, so I'll probably have plenty more questions.

It's an '06 250 FX4. The bushings between the cab and frame have all but rotted away and of course I get the metal to metal bang on any bump in the road. Off road it's hard to take.

How hard of a job is it to replace them and where's the best place to buy them?

Thanks, Daniel.

You have to lift the cab high enough to pull them and remove some of the interior. We just did one at the shop and took about 3 hours with a lift
