This is a 6 inch on 35 in my sig. It is very manageable to get into and out of.

So can you still haul a 5th wheel if need be? Im gonna do some towing cars and is a 6in gonna stress my driveshafts?

Also can you fit 35/1250/20 with just a leveling kit? im looking at rough country and idk if i should get the coil spring kit or the spacers...

Im sure I could haul a 5th wheel. I just may need to lift the trailer LOL. The only thing I tow at the moment is my racecar.

Ok! Hey I appreciate your help. I had a 06 150 FX4 and i had 35s on it with just a leveling kit

On stock wheels 35's will fit stock. if you plan to use the truck for work, id just get a 1" spacer for the front so you run closer to level with a load.
