Question Offset question

Hey guys I have a chance to get some nitto mud grapplers 35x12.50x20's on balistic 905's. The guy thinks they are a +12 offset. How much of a difference is it than the -12? And will I be able to run them ok? Thanks guys.

The offset is changing 24mm so approx 1" (25.4mm to the inch). If both sets of wheels are the same width, then your new rim face will be sticking out 1" farther then you old rims.
