Rocker Panel Rhino Liner??

Hey guys, got an 03 Eddie Bauer excursion, just wondering if anybody has ever rhino lined the rocker panels and the bumpers. If so, do you have any advice, or recommendations?

Not sure what years have the rocker panels glued on, but some advice on how to remove those would be very helpful.

Rocker panels or fender flares?

I rhino'd the fender flares on my land rover. Mask off with tape and the daily news paper and start painting, after prep of course. I used the rustolem bed liner in a can. Has held up for 1.5yrs so far. I used the same stuff on my f250's running boards and grille.
