2005 front bumper offset to driver side

On my 2005 F350 that I just picked up last week, I noticed that the front bumper is offset to the passenger side. I already loosened up the 4 bolts by the tow hooks and shifted it a bit to the driver side, but it was still not enough. I don't think the truck was in a front collision, unless someone did a superb repair job to the frame that looks all original. All the bumper brackets look straight as well. Any ideas what to look for next? I'm planning on an aftermarket bumper in the future and want it to line up when I get it.

Loosen up the bumper mounts and try again (REALLY loose). If it hasn't been wrecked, then you have plenty of movement in there.
