2003 Dually fender side marker lights - where to get them?

Dear all,

as some of you may know, I'm one of the very few F-350 owners in Germany. I broke one of the fender side marker lights on my truck. It's impossible to get spare parts in Germany, since Ford never exported the Super Duties to Europe.
I'm willing to buy a whole set of side markers (2 red, 2 amber), I've seen them from Recon and some other companies.
Do they fit without modifications, i.e. is it a snap-in replacement?
Unfortunately these lights are around $99 and with shipping, customs and tax I'll pay about $250 for them. Are there other, less expensive options?
If anyone has anything to trade/sell, I'd be happy. I can PayPal money or wire transfer.

All I can add is keep searching E-bay and look for the cheapest with cheapest shipping options.
