Towing mirror rattle on highway

Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem and how they fixed it. My driver side towing mirror shakes and has a annoying rattle going down the highway. Prolly gonna pull it apart tomorrow and find the cause, just seein if anyone else has had this problem and it may be an old topic. Sorry if it is, thanks guys!

yep, took the interior panel off the column, and tightened the two bolts that hold the mirror in place. If memory serves you will need deep well sockets.

I'll try that, mine actually sounds like its behind the glass it's self cause that's what's doing the shaking. Who knows it could be the mounts though
