Headache Racks?

Im looking into getting a back rack or some sort of cab protector for my truck. The problem is I have a toolbox and I dont like how the Cab rack brands toolbox mount raises the box higher. I'm open to any type without louvers as this is my personal truck and I mainly just want to mount more lights. Does anyone have any recomendations on types?

Here's my setup. Spyder Industries rack and Kobalt tool box. I'll try and get a shot with my CB and booster antenna on it today. Only thing I don't like is the factory plastic bed rail caps. There is space between them and the bed rail and they crush when tightening the rack down. Pulls the rack slightly tilted back.
