Tire Tool Kit

Help me guys, my google-fu is usually strong, but failing me tonight.

Bought a 2006 F-250 a couple weeks ago. It is missing the tire tool kit/bars/extensions. The jack is where it is supposed to be. The local friendly Ford dealer wants $150 for the kit and a jack. 5 local salvage yards said they're hot commodity's and none had them. E-Bay wasn't showing any, but I'm sure they come up once in a while.

Any other online retailers that would carry this tool kit?

I don't have the 'key' either, but have read and watched the videos on how to get around this.

it's the same stuff as a F-150, Expedition and most late model Fords.

at the junkyard, just pick through the random Fords they have.
