Looking for options to repair front bumper and grille

I had a little mishap the other day and ended up with a smashed front bumper and grille. I know someone who has chrome bumper that came off of an 04 and I was wondering if that would fit mine (06). Also, if anyone knows of a source to get cheap replacement grilles. I'm planning on getting the grille painted the same color as the truck eventually.
Any ideas or info would be appreciated!
