Passenger side lean

I know this has been discussed before but I am out of option and need some help. I noticed a few weeks ago that the pass. side of the truck is leaning about an inch lower than the driverside. I have owned the truck for the past two years and i know it wasn't always leaning, I had it aligned a while back and after I noticed the lean. I have had the alignment checked, swapped both the front and rear springs left to right, checked my shocks and it still leans. Its not the body leaning on the frame because if I measure at the frame to axle it is off. Its an inch off out at the edge of the fenders. I am out of ideas! Does anybody have something else I can check to fix this thing? What bothers me more than the lean is why is it leaning now and not before. Truck in Sig. Any advise would be greatly appreciated! I know they are common to lean on the driverside, but what would cause it to lean on the other side?

Thanks
Tyler
