Passenger side fog light wiring

So apparently my pass side fog light socket is missing. The driver's side has the orange and black wire, the passenger side looks like there's just the orange wire. I need to replace the socket, any ideas about the wires?

Okay, so upon further inspection it would appear that the black wire was ripped further down the line. So looks like I just need to order the socket with the wires. Unless someone's got one they want to send me
