Can I Roll With 20x10?
Hey guys,
Well unfortunately its time for me to make the investment of getting rims and tires for my ride! I have the front end leveled and bushwhacker pocket style flares. My question as noted in the title is can i roll with 20x10 with 35x12.50s with this setup and have full turn radius? I want to make sure the rim/tire package fill the wheel well out pretty good but I do not want any rub issues. The couple people I have talked to thus far have pointed me in the 20x9 direction but I don't see why the extra inch/offset would be a problem since the bushwhacker sticks out a couple inches already. Let me know what you think. FYI the rim and tire package will be Moto Metal MO962 with Toyo AT Open Country Tires. Again if anyone has problems with those please let me know better to hear it now then find out later. Thanks, Vincenzo Last edited by Vincenzo; 06-25-2012 at 06:49 PM. |

Its hard to say since you have fender flares bud. I have 20x10 with 35x12.50 Toyos on my truck with just a level kit and it doesn't rub any. But it does get really close on the rear part of the front fenders. The flares might cause it to rub because I had bushwackers on my F150 and even with a 6 inch lift the 35's rubbed because I had 20x10's on it too. They did NOT rub before the flares.
p.s. I had pocket style not cut-outs fyi |

Thanks for the reply. Ya the overall response I have gotten is just that... everybody thinks it will work but isnt sure enough to say for sure. I guess the 20x9 would work just fine I just really want that husky look under the wheel wells where they stick out a bit.
