08-11 tail lights plus harness question

So my buddy who owns a body shop was fixing up another 6.0 that needed a box, so he got an 08-11 box for the guys and i scored the tailgate, tail lights, and harness for those lights.

So my question is on my old harness i had a main connector for the tail lights plus a smaller connector that supplied the rear bumper plate bulbs, the new harness does not include the connector for the plate bulbs, on 08-11 trucks is this 2 separate harnesses? And has anyone sliced into the new factory harness to supply these tag lights? Just Curious

Oh and im planning on getting a paintable 08-11 rear bumper now because mine is kinda ratty so are the bulbs for the license plate different on the later models?
