Wheel Simulators???

Just bought these for my 05 since I'm trying to save some money for other parts and every website says they would fit... well guess what not even close. These only have four oval holes in them, my truck alloy rims have five. Does anyone who has an 05 with factory alloys duallys that have only 4 ovals in their truck rims or are these Simulators a POS?

Scratch this, These are for the STEEL WHEELS on the XL trucks. They do not make covers for alloy rims that are beyond repair.
