We arent legally allowed any tint, but I was thinking of trying 50% because it is quite light. I want it both for the look and for the fact that I find everything bright after cancer treatments.

So that is what 50% looks like? Like you say almost looks like no tint.

It's very light, I usually put 50% on the windshield of my vehicles and no one ever notices.

I've got 50% all the way down my windshield with the rest of the windows tinted with 5%. I have mixed feelings about it. I like it on sunny days but it's a p.i.t.a at night when it's raining

Seems like you could get a medical exemption that would allow you to have a little darker tint.

You could also try 70 or 80% too. They will still block the UV, but really will not be visible.

My buddy got pulled over and ticketed for 50% on his car but I'm wondering if it would look lighter on my SD due to the size of the windows and the lighter interior, which is why I was looking for SD pics.
