Will this wheel/tire combo work?

Will this wheel and tire combo work? This is on an 06 F350 4x4 with 2 1/2" leveling kit.

Cooper Discoverer STT, 326/65R18 on an Ultra Predator Wheel, 18X9 with a 5 1/2 backspace and +14 offset? Would these tires work better with an 18x9 Moto Metal 954, 4.53 back spacing and -12mm offset?

i dont know what the backspacing is on a stock 05' but i have a 350 4x4 using factory rims running 325/60/18s without touching at all, and thats without a leveling kit. If that helps you any.
