The FX4 is just a packaged deal from Ford on upgraded rancho shocks, and a fuel tank skid plate, and transmission skid plate.

Never rode in the F350 mentioned ,but i suspect the rear springs are a little softer in the "empty load" category. I have noticed on my fx4 that when the tongue weight reaches 300 pounds plus a full tank, the truck gets pretty stiff in the rear.It actually gets less comfortable to drive long distances.

That and the stickers are ACTUALLY the only difference. Other than that, same truck! OH, and the price I am sure!

I think when I bought my truck the FX4 pkg was a $225 add on. I didn't get it.
