Who makes the Tuscany body kits?

I have wondered this for a while. But now I just saw something I DO like, it's the bumper. has an 08 boxy look to it... check the pic

hope the pic stays for a while (it's an ebay auction...)
anyone know the kit manufacturer? or is it in house..
