Mirror Glass

For the life i me i can not figure out to to get the passenger side tow mirrow glass to go in. Anybody know how

is it electric? if so there is a little switch forward of your adjuster stick that you can switch to the right and then the mirror can be adjusted. oh and if yoiu put the switch to the middle it will not adjust anything so that if you bump it on accident then it will not move your mirrors around. so it is a three position switch.

Im sorry i didnt clarify what i was trying to say is that the glass got stollen in a parking lot and i have my new glass from ford but cant figure out to to get it back into the mirror assembley it has 3 pins and one center piviot and 2 like jack screws that go into the adjusting motors.
