Fog Lights And Rims

I've got a 2007 F350 4X4, basic, stick, crank windows..... The only luxury is the air. I need advice on a set of fog lights that I can mount in the bumper and on rims that I am planning on fitting with winter tires. I hear the 17 rims are a new design (??!!) and you cannot use old stuff while the extra lights will only work with high beam. Brands, where do I get them, $$$ figure would be nice since I am green to this.
Thanks a lot.
Daniel

I am in Michigan. Shipping is a killing from California, unless I can get a friend to pick them-up if he gets any loads to Michigan-Illinois before winter.

Fog lights, a set of 2 to complement the stock that's not good enough for my eyes. I am hoping you'll give me some guidance.

They are not bright enough and I cannot set them wide enough to see both the road and the wild life on the side of the road.

ever though about just upgrading the bulbs? i just put some of my xenon bulbs on my friends avalanch and they are way brighter... just a thought.. would be cheaper than buying another set of fogs.... and if you want another set you can get a light bar up front and put some more lights on the bar....

Thanks for the advice. I remember I saw a posting here with details on the installation of 4 lights inside the bumper, but I cannot find it anymore. I am thinking I should do both, change bulbs and add 2 more lights.
