Changing grille and lights?

I have an '06 f350 and I want to change the grille/light assembly from the sealed beam type to the composite. The one I have is the work truck type and I want to upgrade. Do the upgraded lights have the same wiring? The grille would be a no brainer swap i guess

I know alot of times when these trucks are built, they put the connections in there for what ever, then if it is an XL, they just put the XL stuff in there. So other than maybe the plug, I would say that the wires are already there. Not 100% tho.
