What are these for???

Ok was at my dads today and he has a older 250 a 2001 and we were comparing all the different things from his to my 2006 and saw these for the first time, only had the truck for about a month so still finding things that the previous owner did...lol I know these are strobe lights but does anyone else have these or know what kit this would be with I have tried every switch in the truck and nothing wondering if they have a control box somewhere or just a switch or what... thanks

The pictures arent very good since its night and had to use the flash but I will take more in the morning and check to see if there are any in the taillights also..

They are like the ones from recon but I dont have a controller anywhere that I know of

they def do look like the Recon strobes... fallow the wire from the strobe and see if it goes anywhere

Yep thats a strobe kit. Its made by Whelen. I have a set to install on a guys truck this week.

He may have removed the controller and left the bulbs in place to fill the holes.

Do a search for "Whelen" "strobe".

You should be able to find power sources.
