they dont make one spec. for a extended cab but if you look to the left of the pic you see one that is a bolt togeather option instead of the fully welded one for the crew cab... you could get that one and not bolt the middle piece up... it should make it short enough to bolt to your extended cab....

the price on both the welded and bolt together versions are the same...mounting consists of drilling to install the mounting hardware... if you have ever installed a roof rack its exactly like that.... the total pounds it can handle is 250LBS

lol yup they are a bit on the expensive side but worth it... they are local to me and they make quality stuff..... its made by ORU if you dont know who they are they make some of the sickest full axle conversions for chevys and *** stuff for fords too like hydraulic ram assist steering
