Washed her today!

Great looking truck. Did you have your front and rear bumpers painted black? Or did you swap them out?

Looks good man Im on my way selling my ranch hands and going stock. How did you paint your ford emblem?

Me and my buddy painted my bumpers one weekend. Probably gonna redo it in a few weeks after I get back from Indiana. Thinking about either clearcoating it or going with Line-X.

It was a pain...removed the clear and blue paint that it came with stock (it was peeling) then sanded it a little with a brillo pad, then added 4 coats of adhesion promoter. After that, sprayed the whole emblem black, then taped off the portions you see that are blue, then painted them blue. Did my emblems as well...they're black also.

How did you remove the paint acetone ?

Mar-Hyde 2811 - Paint Remover | O'Reilly Auto Parts

Used a can of that stuff...spray it on, let it sit for about 30 seconds...spray it off with a hose. It's some pretty potent stuff...dont get it on your skin...it burns lol. Oh, and don't let it sit on the surface your working on too long...it will literally melt it. But other than that....it's AWESOME stuff!

Hahaha yeah...I had to buy new knobs for my A/C controls...I was modding them (i originally painted them blue) and sprayed them with this stuff...got to talkin to my buddy and it melted them LOL Don't inhale it up your nose either...my buddy Matt found that out by accident LOL!!
