To flare or not to flare

Alright everyone, I have been thinking about putting some bushwacker pocket style flares on my truck. I have been going back and forth, looking at pics, basically driving myself crazy. What does everyone think?

They will add to your look if you paint them black.

yea i definately want them to be black but i will prolly just leave them unpainted.

I like the look of a set of flares especially if they are a color that really stands out from the rest of the truck.

I've never liked flares because they always look so cheap to me. Too cheap for nice expensive trucks like ours. They never look like they should be there to me. If anything, paint the current fender trim black on your truck, and that will look good IMO. Fender flares will just give your truck the cheap redneck look, unless thats what you are going for, which honestly people do on purpose. So who knows.

i'd say do it, alwasy liked them maybe even paint to match your 2-toned

See my fenders painted the pueblo gold. Paint yours black, and I think that would look nice.

I was actually thinking about some oem flares like yours, the 99-04 trucks didnt have the oem flares like the 05-07, like i said im goin back and forth about what i wanna do. btw i love your truck

Ahh damn see I didn't know... Ya get some flares then!! haha but I like my OEM flares... I personally think they look a lot cleaner. I think if you had some painted black, would look SWEET.
