Are all lug nuts the same?

Guys, I am considering buying a set of 2007-2008 alum. wheels that are new dealer take-offs to upgrade my current wheels. I have the steel (chrome covered) wheels on my 2007 sd. Can I use my lug nuts on the alum. wheels??

I do recall I had to buy new for alum. wheels in the past, but that was aftermarket wheels, these are FORD OEM wheels.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would just look and see how close they are to the new ones. Are the wheels the same hole pattern. I know the duallies are different pattern, nt sure abot the SRW trucks though.
