Add Cab Lights? Yay Or Nay

I've always thought that cab lights really made a truck...a truck. Drilling 15 holes scares the crap outta me, but I may just go for it. So here's basically what it would look like. Opinions?

I installed a set of recon cab lights its easy and they plug/ wire you need to tap into is right behind the right kick panel. Just make sure all the lights are pluged in good before putting the headliner back up. Oh ya I vote yes. You thing amder, clear or smoke?
