07 wheels on an 04

My dad just purchased a set of 2007 King ranch 20" wheels with the factory size tires. He has a 2004 Lariat. He is having issues with the front tires rubbing the leafs when he is a full turn. I am wondering what other have done to solve this? Spacers? Adapters? Steering stops? Let me know your opinions..
Here is a Cell phone pic of it..

Thanks, Josh

From what I have heard and read, Fred Goeske at wheeladapter.com makes the best spacers
