Maybe some 05 headlights painted. Smoked clearance lights on the roof? Tinted turn signals. Steps? Matching painted door handles? Hooked to a nice boat?

I was definitely thinking about 05 heads. Do i go with harley lights? I would like to find some stock running boards too. And the boat idea is a great one, but not in the budget lol .

Definitely recon lights, maybe a cab visor, slightly bigger tires to fill the wheel gap. And I have a bad habit of painting the lower part of the truck (where yours is gold) with herculiner, but I don't believe it would really stand out on your truck, however it is useful, less chips etc. Maybe one of those big off road cab protectors if you're into that and maybe some HIDs.

The big roll bar in the bed. I just noticed you have a tool box though. I did the herculiner on my gasser and im getting ready to on my diesel too. I like it a lot personally and its really functional.

Im tryin to talk my self into the herculiner. I think my truck would look much better solid black. Its just a non reversible thing, thats why im a little iffy on it lol.
