05-07 Harley Edition with decals removed?

I'm wanting to take all the blue flames and decals off my truck related to the "Harley" edition. I'm just not feelin them at all. My truck would look a lot better all black.

So my question is does anyone have pictures of their truck with all the decals removed? I'm keeping the fender HD F250 badges but want to remove the flames ect. I'll probably do it with a wrap on the cab to remove the flames instead of repainting. Cheaper $$$ that way. Thanks in advance.

Jon

I've seen trucks like that, looked like a regular everyday XLT sport than a Harley.

Yeah I realized after I posted the thread, I made it sound like I'm basically looking for pictures of black trucks.

What I meant was I wanted to see how guys covered the decals since there clear coated over (flames). Just seeing if putting a wrap over them stood out a lot or if it held up ok. Looking for idea's really. I'll look to see how much it is to have the cab painted but I was trying to not go that route since I didn't want to be without the truck.

To each their own but you paid a premium for those decals and flames and personally I like them. Sorry I don't have any pics but wouldn't it just be a plain black truck?

Why on earth would you want to take them off and look like everyone elses truck? That is like asking how to remove or cover up Saleen badging on a Mustang.

The flames are not decals, they're painted. That's part of what makes your Harley a Harley and I wouldn't do it. That said it's your truck so do what makes you happy. Just be aware that in many peoples eyes you will have devalued your truck.

PGreen has a valid point. I really thought they were just stickers/decals. But again I build my truck the way I want so everyone else should do the same.
